King Arcade at Royal Valley

King Arcade is Royal Valley’s signature attraction, bringing in tourists from across the world. Conceived by play-gineer Lincoln Bartles to bring the magic of the modern video arcade to the big leagues, King Arcade is filled with original characters, and hundreds of renown games from the classics up to the latest titles in its signature arcade, Galaxy Hub. When the kids aren’t gaming and Dad isn’t reliving the glory days of the 1980s arcade scene, they can take a ride on the thrilling Red Demon rollercoaster, have duels at Game Joust, brave the haunted castle at Ghosts and Freaks, or just relax and eat some good food at the park’s center village. There is even a boardwalk with carnival games to celebrate the history of entertainment.

Hot day in Royal Valley? Need to cool off? The park’s got you covered! Next door is AquaZone, King Arcade’s own waterpark. With a wave pool, slides from small to huge, its own rollercoaster, and your very own oasis beach, AquaZone has enough entertainment to keep you hydrated with fun all day. Or make it a double and go for the King Arcade-AquaZone Super Package!

Built over Royal Valley’s historic air force base, King Arcade is loaded with mascots, from Ultimate Video Gamer Wizard Rockerâ„¢ to the Steampunk techno princess herself, Apple! King Arcade has been entertaining the locals and tourists alike since 1995, and it’s still the cool place to be in 2020. If you’re passing down through central California, be sure to stop by! You can’t miss the sight of our Ferris wheel and Megadrop Tower from the interstate.

Lodging is available nearby, as are dining options, including Royal Valley’s historic Captain Salty seafood restaurant. And if you have the time, be sure to check out the view of the park from the city’s best scenic outlook, at Castle Hill.
